A strong Contract Action Team is vital to winning an Agreement that all Bargaining Unit Employees can be proud of!

By connecting every member to the Negotiating Process, the Contract Action Team gives the Bargaining Committee the strength needed at the table.

HOPE is only as strong as the membership, and the CAT team keeps that membership active, informed, and engaged.

The Contract Action Team will have a summit to put together your Bargaining Survey and nominate Negotiating Team members.
